The waterproof double sided foam tape is specifically engineered to be completely waterproof and to some degree weatherproof. Indoor and outdoor applications are both ideal; a lasting bond can be achieved in near constant challenging conditions - exterior signage, vehicles, bathrooms and kitchens being prime examples.

Strong Adhesion

An acrylic adhesive is used which provides very strong initial tack and near universal high ultimate bond strength. Metal, glass, various plastics, wood (natural or painted) all serve as suitable bonded materials. Heavy duty mounting situations, signs being the most common, and any form of auto trim securing fall under this category.

Shock Absorption & Sealing

The PE foam core itself acts as a simple but effective cushion. Excellent shock absorption, small to medium level vibration damping and to a point sound insulation are all possible. Delicate items (electronics being the perfect example) can be protected during transport; automotive and near constant use machinery type applications benefit greatly from this feature.

Temperature Resistance

Good to very good long term temperature resistance is another feature of the waterproof double sided foam tape - 90/100°C being the typical upper limit (short term higher peaks are tolerable).
