Our Waterproof Double Sided Foam Tape (featuring a high-density black PE/EVA core and a blue easy-release liner) is engineered for demanding mounting, bonding, and sealing applications. Designed to provide a permanent, weather-resistant hold, this versatile foam bonding tape excels in gap-filling, shock absorption, and vibration damping across diverse substrates including metal, glass, plastics, and painted surfaces.
Water & Weather Resistance: Specifically engineered to be completely waterproof and highly weatherproof. It achieves a lasting bond in challenging indoor and outdoor conditions, making it ideal for exterior signage, automotive trims, and marine applications.
High-Strength Adhesion: Coated with a modified acrylic or synthetic rubber adhesive, it provides aggressive initial grab and high ultimate bond strength. It reliably secures heavy-duty mounting situations and rough, irregular surfaces.
Shock Absorption & Gap Filling: The compressible closed-cell foam core acts as an effective cushion. It provides excellent shock absorption, vibration damping, and sound insulation, protecting delicate electronics and automotive components from stress.
Clean & Easy Application: The blue polypropylene easy-release liner ensures smooth, residue-free unwinding and simple peel-and-stick application, even on automated assembly lines.
Temperature Resilience: Offers excellent long-term temperature resistance, typically enduring continuous operating temperatures up to 100°C (212°F), with tolerance for short-term higher peaks.
