The "50 micron" (50μm) refers to the total thickness of the tape (BOPP film + adhesive layer). While standard economy tapes are 35-45μm, our 50μm series is classified as medium-to-heavy duty. It provides the extra tensile strength and puncture resistance needed for securing medium-to-heavy cartons, making it perfect for logistics, moving, and long-term storage.
Clear tape is completely transparent and invisible on boxes, ideal for premium retail packaging where you want the box printing to show through. Yellowish (Buff/Tan) tape has a slight amber tint, which is the classic "packing tape" look. It makes applied tape easy to spot, ensuring warehouse staff can quickly verify that no package is left unsealed, and it blends well with standard kraft cardboard.
Yes. Our high-performance water-based acrylic adhesive provides strong initial tack and excellent bonding to standard and recycled corrugated cardboard. If you are sealing extremely dusty or low-quality recycled boxes in freezing conditions, we recommend our Solvent-Based series for even more aggressive adhesion.
