Absolutely. The cardboard header card is fully customizable. We offer high-quality CMYK printing for your brand logo, product instructions, and most importantly, scannable EAN/UPC barcodes required by supermarket POS systems and Amazon FBA fulfillment centers.
Yes. As standard, all our retail header cards are die-cut with a Euro Hole (Sombrero hole) or a standard round airplane hole, allowing the tape to be easily hung on retail pegboards, display strips, and hardware store hooks.
Yes. We use automatic high-speed heat shrink tunnel machines to ensure the PVC/POF film wraps tightly and smoothly around the tape roll. This prevents the tape from unspilling during transit, protects the adhesive from dust, and gives the product a premium, factory-sealed retail appearance.
Because custom header cards require specific printing plates and die-cut molds, the standard MOQ for fully custom printed cardboard headers is usually around 5,000 to 10,000 rolls (depending on the tape size). For smaller trial orders, we can use our standard Gelly header cards or apply custom sticker labels instead. Please contact our sales team for exact MOQ calculations.
