Yellowish BOPP packaging tape is a high-performance adhesive tape designed for carton sealing and packaging applications. Made from BOPP (Biaxially-oriented polypropylene) film coated with water-based acrylic adhesive, this tape offers excellent adhesion strength and durability. The yellowish transparent appearance provides a professional look while maintaining visibility of package contents.
1. Material Composition
Base Material: Biaxially oriented polypropylene (BOPP) film with water-based acrylic adhesive for strong adhesion to cardboard, plastic, and paper surfaces.
Shrink Film Layer: Polyolefin (POF) or polyethylene (PE) film with customizable printing, offering high clarity and UV resistance.
Thickness Options: 28–100 microns (standard: 40–50 microns) for tape; shrink film thickness: 15–200 microns.

Weather Resistance: Withstands temperatures from -30°C to 80°C, ensuring reliability in humid or cold environments.
Tensile Strength: 30–115 N/cm, preventing tearing during high-speed application or heavy-load transit.
Shrink Ratio: 30%–80% (machine direction) for tight wrapping around irregular shapes.
Custom Printing: Up to 8-color logos, QR codes, or branding elements protected between tape and shrink film for longevity.
3. Customization & Bulk Order Flexibility
Sizes: Bopp packaging tape width: 24mm–1280mm; length: 10m–4000m. Shrink film width: 4mm–1280mm.
MOQ: As low as 50 cartons for bulk orders, with volume-based discounts.
Packaging: Shrink-wrapped rolls (6–72 rolls/carton) with branded paper cores or blister cards.
