High temperature masking tape is engineered for demanding powder coating processes, featuring a durable PET (polyester) or polyimide backing coated with a silicone adhesive. It withstands extreme temperatures up to 260°C (500°F) while maintaining strong adhesion and flexibility. The tape ensures clean removal without residue after exposure to curing ovens, even under prolonged heat. Its chemical resistance prevents solvent bleed-through, enabling sharp paint lines and protecting substrates during powder coating, anodizing, or e-coating operations. Available in customizable colors (e.g., translucent green, amber) and widths, it suits both automated and manual masking applications.

Customization Options

2) Crepe paper carrier with rubber based gule.

3) Various sizes are available for the completed cutting roll, based on customer's requirement.

4) Jumbo roll size: 1250mm x 1800m, 1020mm x 1800m, 1200mm x 1800m, etc.

5) Color: white, light yellow, yellow, red, bule, green, black etc.

In addition to the standard colors, the general purpose masking tape can be produced with the special colors according to customers' requirements.
