Our most popular standard specification for global export is 45 to 50 microns total thickness, with standard widths of 1280mm, 1020mm, 980mm, or 960mm, and a standard length of 4000 meters. However, as a direct coating manufacturer, we can customize the film and adhesive thickness from 40μm up to 55μm to match your local market's quality and pricing requirements.
Yes. Unwinding performance is critical for converters. We strictly control the release agent coating weight during the manufacturing process to ensure a smooth, quiet, and consistent unwind at high speeds. Our tape is engineered to prevent "stick-slip" (jerky unwinding), adhesive transfer to the back of the film, and static buildup, ensuring maximum yield and efficiency on your slitting machines.
We use professional suspension packaging. The jumbo roll is supported by its hard paper or steel core and suspended inside a heavy-duty, multi-layer corrugated carton. This ensures the adhesive layer and the edges of the tape do not touch the box walls, preventing deformation, edge damage, and telescoping during the long transit times associated with ocean freight.
Yes. We offer blank jumbo rolls in transparent, buff/tan, and brown, but we also specialize in custom printed jumbo rolls.
